Two Vendors, One Playbook, Same Licensing Terms

Europe’s cloud licensing scorecard came out, and Broadcom is still in the red.

• Bring-your-own-license now runs through a short list of certified hosts, and overage pricing is gone, so providers commit to core counts up front.
• CISPE members report price moves of ten times or more against pre-acquisition terms.
