QumulusAI, an AI neocloud, is billing on 7 of its 11.75 contracted megawatts, ten weeks after signing a $71.9 million Blackwell agreement.

  • The final B300 handoff closed the $71.9 million deal and put every GPU under it into production and billing.
  • 7 megawatts are active and generating revenue today across six colocation sites. One more hands off at month-end for 8 total.
  • 3.75 megawatts in metro Atlanta are sold under a $211.9 million take-or-pay deal for early 2027.
  • Signed customer contract value has reached $523.4 million, up 85 percent from the second quarter.
  • Second-quarter revenue was $6.7 million, a deployed number rather than a sold number.

The gap between signed megawatts and billing megawatts is the metric to watch. Read the full analysis here.
